We assess operational risks across renewable sites through workplace risk assessments, HSE plan development, and detailed Risk Assessments and method Statements reviews (RAMS). Our approach blends field experience with industry standards to identify hazards early and define effective control measures. By maintaining structured risk registers and ensuring risk is actively managed—not just logged—we help owners reduce downtime, avoid unexpected costs, and reinforce stakeholder confidence.

We create, update and maintain all essential HSE documentation — including site inductions, safety rules, risk assessments, Fire Plans, Emergency Response Plans (ERP), evacuation procedures and compliance registers. Through continuous monitoring and periodic reviews, we keep these documents aligned with regulations and site realities. We also verify on-site implementation and ensure all stakeholders are trained to react effectively to incidents such as fire, electrical hazards, severe weather or BESS thermal events, strengthening readiness and ensuring a fast, coordinated response.

Contractors perform many of the highest-risk activities on renewable sites. We conduct pre-qualification checks (PQQ), management system audits, site inspections and operational control services to ensure competence, compliance and safe working practices. By standardising oversight across portfolios, we reduce administrative burden, enhance coordination and safeguard owners’ responsibility for contractor safety.

We carry out independent HSE site inspections to evaluate safety conditions, equipment conformity, signage, access control, Personal Protective Equipment use (PPE) use, housekeeping and contractor practices. Findings are documented through clear reports and action plans to correct non-conformities and reduce operational risk

When an incident occurs, we support owners with structured response, investigation and root-cause analysis (5 Whys, Topset, TapRooT). We define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure they are implemented and tracked. Our methodology helps restore control quickly, limits operational impact, and drives long-term improvement — strengthening both safety culture and ISO 45001 expectations.
